1. COMMITMENT TO CHILD SAFETY

WhichWay Web Designs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is firmly committed to the safety, protection, and well-being of minors in connection with our mobile application, Porchivo ("App"), and all related services, platforms, and digital properties operated by WhichWay Web Designs LLC. The Porchivo app is designed and maintained with child safety as a foundational priority. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content, conduct, or activity that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any form.

2. SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY

This Child Safety Standards Policy applies to:

All users of the Porchivo app, regardless of age or device platform (iOS, Android, or web);

All content submitted, uploaded, shared, or generated by users through the Porchivo platform;

All employees, contractors, partners, and third-party service providers acting on behalf of WhichWay Web Designs LLC;

All features, tools, APIs, integrations, and services connected to or embedded within the Porchivo app.

3. AGE REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS

The Porchivo app is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. Users under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any features of the Porchivo app without verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, where applicable under law.

In jurisdictions where a higher minimum age of digital consent applies (including but not limited to the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which may require consent up to age 16), WhichWay Web Designs LLC will comply with the applicable local legal standard.

We do not knowingly collect, store, process, or share any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in the user's jurisdiction) without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that a minor under the applicable age threshold has provided personal information without proper consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information and terminate the associated account.

4. PROHIBITION OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL (CSAM)

WhichWay Web Designs LLC maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any content that sexually exploits, depicts, solicits, or endangers minors in any manner. This includes, but is not limited to:

Any image, video, text, audio, or other media that depicts a minor in a sexual context;

Any content that grooms, solicits, or attempts to exploit a child;

Any content that normalizes, glorifies, or encourages sexual conduct involving minors;

Any content that facilitates the trafficking, exploitation, or abuse of a child.

Any user found to be submitting, distributing, possessing, or facilitating such content through the Porchivo app will have their account immediately and permanently terminated. WhichWay Web Designs LLC will report all known or suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline (www.cybertipline.org) and will cooperate fully with all applicable law enforcement agencies, including federal, state, and international authorities.

5. CONTENT MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

WhichWay Web Designs LLC implements content moderation practices to detect, review, and remove content that violates this Child Safety Standards Policy or any applicable law. These practices include:

Automated detection systems to flag potentially harmful content involving minors;

Manual review processes for flagged or reported content;

Immediate removal of any content confirmed to violate this policy;

Permanent account suspension for users who violate this policy;

Reporting obligations to appropriate legal authorities where required by law.

Users are encouraged to report any content or behavior they believe violates this policy using the in-app reporting tools or by contacting us directly (see Section 10).

6. SAFE MESSAGING AND COMMUNICATION STANDARDS

To the extent that the Porchivo app includes any communication, messaging, or community features, WhichWay Web Designs LLC enforces the following standards:

Users are prohibited from using any communication feature to solicit, groom, harass, intimidate, or engage in inappropriate contact with minors;

WhichWay Web Designs LLC reserves the right to monitor, review, and act upon communications that are reported or flagged as potentially harmful to minors;

Any user who attempts to use the platform to contact, solicit, or harm a child will be immediately banned and reported to law enforcement.

7. DATA PRIVACY AND CHILDREN'S DATA PROTECTION

WhichWay Web Designs LLC complies with all applicable children's data privacy laws, including but not limited to:

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506;

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 312);

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable to minors within the European Union;

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Age-Appropriate Design Code Act (AB 2273), as applicable;

Any other applicable federal, state, or international data protection laws governing the collection of data from minors.

We do not use personal data collected from minors for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, sale to third parties, or any other commercial purpose not directly related to providing the core services of the Porchivo app.

8. PARENTAL RIGHTS AND CONTROLS

Parents and legal guardians have the right to:

Request disclosure of any personal information WhichWay Web Designs LLC has collected from their child;

Request correction or deletion of any personal information collected from their child;

Revoke any consent previously given for the collection of their child's personal data;

Request the termination of their child's account and removal of associated data.

To exercise any of these rights, parents or guardians may contact WhichWay Web Designs LLC using the contact information provided in Section 10 of this policy. We will respond to all verifiable parental requests within 30 days of receipt.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND INTEGRATIONS

The Porchivo app may integrate with third-party services, SDKs, APIs, or platforms. WhichWay Web Designs LLC requires that all third-party providers used within the Porchivo app adhere to standards consistent with this Child Safety Standards Policy. We are not responsible for the independent privacy or content practices of third-party platforms accessed through external links; however, we take reasonable steps to vet all integrated services for compliance with child safety standards.

10. REPORTING AND CONTACT INFORMATION

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services (911) immediately.

11. POLICY UPDATES AND ENFORCEMENT

WhichWay Web Designs LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Child Safety Standards Policy at any time to reflect changes in law, regulation, platform features, or best practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Porchivo app following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Violation of this Child Safety Standards Policy may result in:

Immediate account suspension or permanent termination;

Removal of content;

Reporting to law enforcement and/or NCMEC;

Civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

12. GOOGLE PLAY AND APP STORE COMPLIANCE

WhichWay Web Designs LLC acknowledges and agrees to comply with Google Play's Families Policy, Google Play's Developer Program Policies, Apple App Store Review Guidelines, and all applicable platform-level child safety requirements. The Porchivo app does not contain content that exploits minors, and WhichWay Web Designs LLC will cooperate fully with Google, Apple, and any other distribution platform in enforcing these standards.
