Porchivo was founded to address the $16 billion in financial losses that porch theft caused in the United States in 2024 (USPS OIG white paper RISC-WP-25-002, May 2025). The company builds mobile software that gives HOAs and property managers predictive package security — calculating delivery risk before theft occurs. It also connects residents with trusted Porch Partners to hold parcels securely, reducing porch exposure and package-related management workload.
The problem we're solving
21 million packages are stolen from US porches every year. That number isn't static — it grows every year as e-commerce volume increases and delivery density in residential communities rises.
