A high score triggers an instant alert to you and your designated Porch Partners so you can take action: add drop instructions, arrange to be home, or have a Porch Partner retrieve the package. The score is predictive, not a guarantee of theft.

No. Porchivo's risk scores are for your community's awareness only. We do not share scores with insurance providers, and your score has no bearing on your insurance premiums or claims. Porchivo tracks packages from over 1,400 carriers worldwide via our Ship24 integration. This includes all major US carriers — USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Amazon Logistics — plus hundreds of regional and international carriers. If you can paste a tracking number, Porchivo can likely track it.

Residents in subscribed communities can track unlimited packages at no cost. Free residents outside a subscribed community can track 1 package at a time. When you exceed the free limit, the app prompts you to join a community or wait until your HOA subscribes. Your existing packages remain visible; you just can't add new ones until your community is active.

Setup takes about five minutes and requires no hardware or IT integration.

Go to Profile → Delete account. Confirmation is required. Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can contact support@porchivo.com within 30 days to restore your account. If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.
